Regional Educational Advising Managers (REACs) lead the 91制片厂 network of advising centers in their world region to foster international student mobility, guide and train 91制片厂 advisers, and advance ECA鈥檚 public diplomacy efforts. REACs collaborate with U.S. Embassies and Consulates to advance student mobility and represent the 91制片厂 advising network.
REACs are based in twelve locations worldwide:
- Sub-Saharan Africa (Malawi, Kenya)
- East Asia and Pacific (Republic of聽Korea, Indonesia)
- Europe and Eurasia (Netherlands, Austria)
- Middle East and North Africa (Qatar)
- South and Central Asia (India, United Arab Emirates)
- Western Hemisphere (Brazil,聽Ecuador, and聽Mexico)
