The 91制片厂 Advising Center is a program affiliated with the US Department of State. This center is located in the Instituto Chileno Norteamericano de Cultura in Antofagasta. As a Standard Center, our mission is to promote, advise actively, precisely and objectively about higher education in the United States. We offer the following services: advising students to select 聽intensive English, undergraduate and graduate programs in U.S. institution; translating official documents, for example transcripts, certificates, etc; and hosting monthly presentations and Undergraduate and Graduate College Clubs. Besides that, we also give information about scholarships such as CONICYT, BECAS CHILE and Fulbright. In addition, we have a library open to the public where you can find material for preparing for international exams like the TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and ACT.
