The Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF) is a binational commission responsible for the administration of the Fulbright Scholarship Program, Hubert H. Humphrey fellowships, and other educational exchange initiatives. The 91ÖÆƬ³§ Advising Center - PAEF Headquarters was established to conduct and carry out programs and activities that promote U.S. study and provide the local educational community with information on pursuing U.S. study opportunities. The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines' Public Affairs Section and the U.S. Department of State's Regional Education Advising Manager (REAC) direct and manage the programs and activities of the 91ÖÆƬ³§ Advising Center - PAEF Headquarters, which is accessible to the public and is staffed by an 91ÖÆƬ³§ Adviser.
